    The Company＊s Asset Management division is entrusted by clients to manage their financial assets, providing the institutions and individual investors with the securities investment and value-added services. The Company is qualified for a wide range of services, including the collective asset management, corporate annuity fund investment management, domestic investment management of national social security fund, management of shares held by national social security fund, specific client asset management, special asset management and QDII products investment management. As of the end of 2010, the trust principal under management of the Company amounted to RMB 44.196 billion, ranking the first among peers.

    The Company was granted the qualification of the domestic investment manager of national social security fund in 2010. Three collective asset management schemes were successful launched in 2010: "CITIC Return§ was founded with an amount of RMB 2.251 billion, "Stock Select§ with an amount of RMB 3.508 billion, and "VIP No.1§ with an amount of RMB 433 million. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had launched eight collective asset management schemes in total, and seven of them were in the existence period; it ranked the first place among peers in the market cap of collective asset management schemes.

    In 2010, CITIC Securities won the following awards: "Financial Value List 2010 by First Financial 每 Annual Wealth Management Brand of Securities House§, "Chinese High-end Private Wealth Management Jinding Award 2010 by National Business Daily 每 Annual Best Securities Company in Collective Wealth Management§, "Chinese Securities House Gold Direction Award 2010 by Moneyweek 每 The Best Asset Management Division of Chinese Securities House§, "The Third Year Sinolink Securities Best Chinese Private Fund 每 Annual Best Award (2010)§, among others; and the "CITIC Securities Equity-Debt Collective Asset Management Scheme§ managed by the Company was also awarded "The Third Sinolink Securities Best Chinese Private Fund 每 Sustained Success Award (two years in 2009-2010)§.
