CITIC Wantong Securities Co., Ltd. (CITIC Wantong) was incorporated in Qingdao city in April 2004; it was established upon the restructuring of and investment in the former Wantong Securities by CITIC Securities. It owns 39 outlets in Shandong Province.

2010 marked the year of expansion and system building of CITIC Wantong. CITIC Wantong reformed its organizational structure while transformed its pattern of marketing and services in the year. As of the end of 2010, CITIC Wantong recorded a net asset of RMB 2.613 billion and a book value per share of RMB 3.27, up 25.29% yoy; the ROE was 32.9%, up 31.13% yoy; the net capital was RMB 2.328 billion, up 33.41% yoy.
