We focus on those SMEs with high growth potential in the consumer and high-tech sectors, who have the core competitive advantages and sustainable growth capacity, or feature an innovative business model. Currently five offices have been set up in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Qingdao, with a work force of more than one hundred persons. The CDF provides a full range of services, including private placement financing, asset restructuring, advisory service on transformation to joint-stock enterprises, to initial public offering (IPO) and listing, refinancing as well as sector-wide M&A and business consolidation.

Over the past few years, the business line sponsored and underwrote a number of high-growth SMEs on the SME board and ChiNext, including Goertek (002241.SZ), Ultrapower (300002.SZ), and Robot (300024.SZ), and also sponsored and underwrote Zhengzhou Coal Mining (601717.SH) and Hainan Rubber (601118.SH), among other influential main board projects.
The CDF has gained a good market reputation in the SME IPOs, which endorsed its growth over the past four plus years. CITIC Securities has been recognized by the clients and regulator alike as it is the only one among the large securities firms that boasts a 100% approval rate in the IPO deals on SME board and ChiNext since 2008. The Company has been awarded the "Best Sponsor in SME BoardĦħ and "Excellent Sponsor in SME boardĦħ titles by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for a number of consecutive years.
