Position:      Vice President

Responsibilities:

• Support the Director to carry out business development and deal execution.
• Execute deals, including modeling, due diligence, negotiations and closing. Able to lead teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze relevant materials about international capital markets.
• Risk analysis of international securities investment and building of relevant models.
• Risk monitoring of cross-border security trading.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases containing relevant market information and risk systems.

Requirements:

• Master level degree in Finance/Quantitative Analysis/Mathematics/Finance Engineering.
• Over 5 years overseas relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Excel. Strong programming skills such as VBA, SQL are considered a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.
