Responsibilities:

- Conduct and manage compliance management on relevant department/business line.

Requirements:
|
- Master or above degree, on law, securities, finance, accounting or relevant major;
- 3 years or above working experience in securities business, or 5 years or above working experience in law, securities, finance, accounting or relevant business;
- Well understanding in law and regulation of securities and finance business, good knowledge with securities business procedure;
- Ability at understanding and analyze law and regulation, ability at internal control evaluation;
- Good communication and presentation skill, good English and Chinese skill;
- Ability at new product design, ability at new product, new business compliance management;
- Working experience in compliance department of Chinese or foreign securities company in preferred.
