   CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. was incorporated on 25 October 1995. Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2003 and on the HongKong Stock Exchange in 2011, the Company is the first Chinese-funded securities company with its A+H shares listed. CITIC Group holds 16.68% of its capital share as the largest shareholder.
  The Company offers a wide range of financial services and products including securities, funds, futures, direct investments, equity funds and commodities. Operated with full licenses, it offers all-round support for development of the real economy, and provides a variety of services to a substantial and diversified client base that includes over than 75 thousand institutional clients and 10 million individuals. The Company currently has 7 principal subsidiaries. The company has set up 13 countries and regions, including more than 400 branches in Mainland China. China AMC, CITIC Futures, Gold Stone Investment and other principal subsidiaries keep maintaining leading positions in their own sectors.
  The Company has achieved revenue of RMB 468.4 billion and realized net profits of RMB 158 billion, with dividends allocated to the shareholders of RMB 56.2 billion. It maintains top of the industry on revenue and net profits in the market for more than ten years. The Company has a prominent scale advantage in net capital, net assets and total assets as well as remarkable profitability. With sustained leading position in the market, the Company has achieved wide reputation and brand superiority in domestic market.
